BOOKING POLICY

• You will require a name, telephone number, email address, and valid credit card to reserve a bay; Note that your credit card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Once you physically check-in at TEE-UP Golf Lounge, the “hold” will automatically be removed from the credit card used for the reservation.

• TEE UP Golf Lounge enforces a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Anytime prior to 24 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your booking with absolutely no penalty or fee by calling us or emailing us at info@teeup.ca However, if you reduce the number of hours booked for your tee time OR cancel past the 24 hour deadline or NO SHOW – subsequent charges will be charged to the credit card on record.

• Please remember that bay time ends 10 minutes prior to the end of your booked time so that we can properly clean the bay and allow the next group to start on time. For clarification, 1 hour booking = 50 minutes, 2 hour booking = 1 hour and 50 minutes, 3 hour booking = 2 hours and 50 minutes etc. Thank you for managing your pace of play accordingly!

• There is a limit of 4 golfers per bay.
