The Tee Up Golf Lounge Indoor Virtual Golf Tournament

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to host your private indoor golf tournament fund-raiser at our indoor golf facility from June to September 2023.

Our climate controlled facility spans over 9,000 square feet and boasts a fully licensed bar, comfortable table seating, multiple large screen TVs and even a pool table for added enjoyment. Our state-of-the-art golf simulators, deliver an unmatched golf experience. With features such as simulated sand, rough, and fairway surfaces, as well as automatic ball return and tee systems, players will feel fully immersed in the game. Moreover, we take pride in offering an extensive collection of over 200 courses from around the world, featuring a generous selection from North America.

Once you reserve your tournament at Tee Up Golf Lounge, you will have exclusive access to the entire space throughout the duration of your event. Our team of dedicated hosts, servers, and technical support staff will be present on-site to guarantee a delightful experience for all your guests. We are committed to ensuring that your time at our facility is nothing short of enjoyable and memorable.

Here’s a breakdown of how our tournament format works:

Choose your preferred tournament date.
Each Tee Time can accommodate a minimum of 28 and a maximum of 35 golfers.
On the selected date, 1-3 Tee Times are available for your groups to start.
Each group is composed of 7 teams, between four to five golfers per team.
Golfers will play using a best ball format on the selected course.
The winners will be determined by calculating the lowest combined team best score.
Members of the winning team will each receive prizes.
Prizes for the Longest drive will be awarded for each group.

Standard Tournament Package

Your organization fee is only $60 per player.

28 Golfer Tournament – $1,440
35 Golfer Tournament – $2,100
(Fees are per Tee Time. Plus applicable taxes)

To maximize fundraising potential, teams can charge golfers $125.00 to participate, allowing your team to retain $65 per golfer.

Deluxe Tournament Package

Your Organization Fee is only $75 per player

28 Golfer Tournament – $1,875
35 Golfer Tournament – $2,625
(Fees are per Tee Time. Plus applicable taxes)

Each player will receive:

Complete 18-hole golf experience
Swag Bag
Access to a self-serve Deluxe Buffet throughout the tournament
Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages
Chance to win prizes for Longest Drive Winning team prize for each member
Cash Bar available

To maximize fundraising potential, teams can charge golfers $175.00 to participate, allowing your team to retain $100 per golfer.

Additional Fund-Raising Opportunities

Bay Sponsorship $100-200 per bay per group. Additional $700-$1,400 for one group, $1,400-$2,800 for two groups.
Bay sponsors will have their logo Digitally displayed at their designated bay.
Silent auction.
